Is it normal to get dizzy and feel sick after a workout? I always feel this way after my morning exercise. but I'm willing to continue my workout until I get to my goal.
I used to feel like that. My trainer told me it was normal. Apparently some guys puke. I just took a breather and the nausea went away. It was like that for about a week but my stamina and endurance built and now it rarely happens. Just when I try a new really hard workout. Good luck and hang in there.
