Is it normal to get dizzy and feel sick after a workout? I always feel this way after my morning exercise. but I'm willing to continue my workout until I get to my goal.

Do u eat breakfast prior ? Also, you could be suffering from malnutrition due to not consuming enough vitamins

Breakfast, no. Vitamins, yes.

That's why then, when you just woke up in the morning you need something to power your body up to have he energy to work out, cause ideally you hadn't rated for8hours prior.

I used to feel like that. My trainer told me it was normal. Apparently some guys puke. I just took a breather and the nausea went away. It was like that for about a week but my stamina and endurance built and now it rarely happens. Just when I try a new really hard workout. Good luck and hang in there.

Thank you. This really helps..I'll continue my work out hopefully next week I will no longer feel nauseated after every work out.
