I have been trying to lose since a year...but my lower body looks fit but my upper body is flabby and fat...which makes me look weird...what do i do??
Make sure to mix up your excercises for results every where. If you only focus on your core, that's the only place you'll see real results. Everyday do arm work outs, full body, legs, core, chest. How ever you want to and where ever, just have fun with it! Good luck
