Has anyone used raspberry ketones and had positive results?
Trying to force my body into ketosis and I don't even eat carbs or consume more than 800 calories a day.. Just at a weight loss plateau.

I've tried ketones. Basically it's just made everything smell like raspberries all day. I lost weight but the weight lost has been pretty consistent even without ketones.  1 month I used ketones. Don't think I'll ever use it again. I think exercise is enough but I like to try different supplements urr now and then. Good luck.

I'm at a plateau. I've tried everything. Eating healthy and exercizing. Reduced calorie intake to no more than 800 a day. Ephedrine. Cinnamon. Nothing is working. I drink 64-96 oz of water a day.

Have you changed your workout? I have to change it up urr now and then. Try go solid on regimen for 8 weeks then I start researching for new routine. I usually can tell when my current workouts are getting too easy. Right around 2 months or so.

Aww that sucks. Personal trainers at your gym? Maybe one session create a custom exercise plan? $45 or so. Better spent on that than another supplement that may or not work. If I'm plateau'd it's because my workout is not working for me. Never my supplements or diet because those are pretty consistent.

No time or extra money for that. I have two kids.
