So I am a newbie at the whole weight loss thing. 😳 I use a gym in town everyday but think I need a rest day? I'm looking to loose weight and tone. I want the lean arms, legs, and stomach...any suggestions? Oh and I'm on a low calorie diet...

I would like to start off by saying congrats to you, your on your way to a great start! It is very important to have a rest day it gives your body time to recover! Also remember to have a cheat day and give yourself that extra treat that you deserve! Again congrats to you! ☺

Thank u Dawna! I went today but couldn't do very much because my muscles where so tired. I've heard about the cheat day but wasn't sure. Is that where u can eat whatever? I think tmrw I will use my rest day.

Yes but do it in moderation and you will find in time your body will crave the sweets less! ☺
