So I am a newbie at the whole weight loss thing. I use a gym in town everyday but think I need a rest day? I'm looking to loose weight and tone. I want the lean arms, legs, and stomach...any suggestions? Oh and I'm on a low calorie diet...
Yes but do it in moderation and you will find in time your body will crave the sweets less! ☺
