So is there anyone out there who isn't using a weight scale but using a different way of tracking your progress? I use my camera, my scale is old school and the weight is always off. Currently I do not know how much I weigh but I'm seeing results. I'm just happy I'm getting healthy and feeling good.
Progress photos are the best way to track results. Make sure you have good lighting.
Get some fat pinch calipers and learn how to use them properly.
