I would like to lose about 10lbs and gain muscle
I mostly want to lose weight in my arms and stomach and back.....and gain muscle there.....anybody got any suggestions to what workouts I should do???Emauras Workout this is the one I've been doing cause I'm a beginner.

keep doing all exercises a need to lose 60 pounds a alredy thit this in a week a lose 15 pounds keep doing this 5 days a week im doing it 7 days a week

It's alot of workouts on here u can find to meet your goals. The only thing you have to remember is change take time. Gotta be patient and work hard.

Many workouts on here are made especially for wat u want to lose, also wen u press. Your picture on home it will tell u to type ur weight this will tell u how many calories u burned. Good luck!
