Pedometer ?

Does anyone one else use a pedometer to see how many steps a day your walking!?!? I do and I wanted to see what the average walking amount is a day to make sure I'm active enough besides working out I usually get anywhere from 7,000 to 12,000 steps a day!

I do, 7000to 12000 steps is great. I think 10000 steps a day is perfect.

Yea if I'm not at least at 7000 I take it as I'm being lazy so I get up and do something :)

I'm usually at around 14/15k. I walk about 7.5/9 miles a day.

Wow that's awesome. My job keeps me behind a desk. I'm lucky to walk 5,000 unless I go hiking or for a run.

It's not bad. Just hard to have the motivation to run when you walk that much at work.

I've got a Galaxy S5 and there's an app that came with the phone called S Health. One of the things on it is a pedometer where you can set a target to reach per day I've currently got it at 7000.
