I just joined and i'm gonna start working out soon. How much do you weigh now? & how long did it take you to lose that weight?
Hey guys! Yes i definitley am. I weigh 150 and I want to try to be 105 - 125 by the time summer comes around. Hopefully that'll work out
That is a wide range. Start.with the higher of the two, and then work your way to the lower one. This last part is always the hardest and most stubborn.
Btw I started at 190 and I am now at 165. Looking to get to 150.
