Hey! Im currently 175 and 5'8 and looking not to lose weight in particular but to lose in target areas such as, my stomach and thighs. Tips and helpful workouts to eliminate belly fat and slimmer thighs would be a great help! Im confident with clothes on but uncomfortable when I undress. Trying to change that! Please help...
