Hiit (High Intensity) is the best for weight loss right now. If you cant run try cycling or other cardio. Put in 100% into your exercise for 20-30 seconds then rest or go 10% for about 2 min. Or you can go 80% on any cardio for 10-15 min. Just make sure you use this only 3 days out of the week max as your body needs to recover but you can do low intensity cardio if u workout past 3 days/week.
