Hi! (: so what are some fast ways to loose fat? I've done running before and it helped great but i haven't been able to go running recently any suggestions?

That's hard because that what cardio does. So jus try to tone it by doing high repetitions of any sit up crunches or any ab workout. Since you can do it when you wake up or before you go to sleep or even when commericals pop up while your watching tv.

HIIT wer u get high HR then low HR back up to high HR and so forth... it helps out great... swimming to because its ur full body

Hiit (High Intensity) is the best for weight loss right now. If you cant run try cycling or other cardio. Put in 100% into your exercise for 20-30 seconds then rest or go 10% for about 2 min. Or you can go 80% on any cardio for 10-15 min. Just make sure you use this only 3 days out of the week max as your body needs to recover but you can do low intensity cardio if u workout past 3 days/week.
