I wanted to ask if somebody knows which workout I could do to loose my lower belly fat and get muscles down there?

Type in leg lift in the browser and double crunches they'll give you good workout to do for lower belly fat

Doing things like ab exercises and leg lift will make the muscles stronger but will sadly not help lose weight. To lose weight in ur lower belly then u will have to lose weight from all of ur body because u can't lose weight from just one area. There's two things u need to focus on to do that: Diet and Exercise. I would write more but I've done the same thing for like three other people already and am getting tired of it. But if u want and u actually are going to do it then I'll write more...

I decided to copy and paste from one I wrote yesterday.

DIET - U have to eat less calories than u burn. U can find out how much calories u need a day to maintain ur current weight and lose weight online. Or if ur up for it u can use an app called my fitness pal to keep record of u calories daily. It tells u how much calories u need a day to lose weight and u just have to follow it. Remove junk food from ur diet, reduce sugar and eat more protein, veggies and fruits etc.

EXERCISE - U have to burn more calories than u eat. Do more cardio, 30 minutes a day is enough. It's better short and intense than long and easy. Look up HIIT running if u want, it really helps. If u don't want to run than u can even do skipping rope at home using HIIT. Try HIIT 30min Rope Skipping. Body weight exercises will also help like HIIT
