Hey guys I'm new to this app I love it!! Trying to get into eating healthier though stuff that is really easy to make because I live by myself on a low income. I'm looking for ways to get rid of visceral fat around the mid section. Get rid of the over lying fat that hides in front of the abs. I do about workouts all the time but I'm seeing no results and it's getting Irratating lol any input would be helpful thanks!!
