So i try to loss some weight here. How many workout i must do to lose some

It depends on a lot of things like how much weight u want to lose and what ur current physical ability is. If u can, I would suggest looking up HIIT training and do it with sprinting, Jump rope or with body weight exercises. U also have to fix ur diet, no more junk food, sugar etc. Lifting weights will also help u burn calories. If ur just starting out then working out once a day for about 30 to 60 minutes is enough. Actually just stick to 30 minutes and make it intense like HIIT.

Ya sweat off that water weight if its fat burn off those extra calories to become mean and lean

U should start easy. Just go out and run. It doesn't have to be intense if u need to start slow then start slow. Since ur bmi is about 26 that means ur overweight slightly. Ur best to really focus on ur diet starting now no more junk food. U can Download an app called myfitnesspal to keep track of ur calories. U have to eat less calories than u burn. Tell me when u have gotten the myfitnesspal app

I already downloaded the app but i dont understand how to use it lol -_- btw what is bmi?

It's body mass index. It's not really accurate but it tells u if ur overweight, underweight, or a good weight for ur height

U will get used to the app soon just keep trying. And u should workout all ready. Don't worry too much about finding the perfect answer because there is no such thing as the perfect answer when it comes to this. The sooner u workout the better it is.

Try to work out more often, keep track of ur diet, and don't expect too much too soon especially if u don't put in the effort. So do a workout and keep going. Search on Google and YouTube, find what works for u and make ur own workout. My can do workouts from my profile if u want and u can change them to make them easier or harder for u
