I'm a young girl, and I seem to weigh more after I do a workout, and less after I eat. I'm so confused!!! Any ideas on why this is happening??

Don't weigh yourself all the time! Depending on what time of day, if you just ate, if your bloated, if you haven't ate, can effect how much you weigh up to around 5?lbs plus stepping on the scale every day is depressing when your trying to loose weight! It takes longer than a day to put on the lbs it will take more than one day to loose the lbs !!

Nikki is right. Don't watch your scale every day. Wait one month to see some change
