It's so hard to lose weight when you got no motivation to do it.

I'm going through the same thing. I believe we can both get this done!!! Just start and build up the habits!

No one else can make u really feel like working out except U. U need self discipline. It's really important in order to accomplish any goal. I've also lost motivation before but I've found with more discipline it doesn't happen as often. And every time u don't feel like working out just remind urself of why u first started working out. It was To create a new and better u. Tell urself that it won't happen unless U get up and try. And don't think about it too much because then u might procrastinate. Just start with something easy. I feel the same. It's taken me months just to stay on a continuous routine. So I would say be patient but don't forget your goal! Keep working at it, even if it's a little at a timeĀ
