Hey I know I said I need motivation and stuff before. But I gave up I didn't have time and now I have to lose weight. So please give me some tips and tricks to help lose the weight. I would really appreciate it

Try to do simple things that built into your daily routine ie take the stairs instead of the elevator or park farther away in parking lots to add a few more steps.

you have to be focused and up for the challenge! drink plenty of water.  also, do a lot of cardio... I recommended jump roping haha, it's must affective for me. make sure to eat clean as well! hope this helped & good luck (:

Water water and water :p and focus on the macronutrients plus healthy omega 3 fats :)
