Last month was good but not as I planned it . I saw great changes but some how I relaxed and gained. I feel so bad, but am back this month. What is it that keep you going?

Keep pushing yourself to limits. And make a decision to control diet but have a healthy one. Everybody can motivate you. But only yourself can defeat you. Be strong. Don't lose faith. Keep working out. Wish you the best.
