Challenge yourself. Try doing 50 reps of each exercise.

Eat clean, train hard. Hiit or smit cardio at least twice a week and weighted + non weighted ab workouts every other day ;)

Eat healthy, drink a lot of water, and do a variety of ab workouts. There's tons on here.
