Which workout for fat burning thighs & muffin top

My biggest issue are my thighs and my muffin top area. Does anybody know any workouts that will help me burn a lot of fat off my thighs and abdomen fast. Please help!

If you want to burn fat fast you should go on a run and every 30 seconds sprint for as long as you can and then take a 30 second break and just repeat.

Cardio squats lunges mountain climbers workouts from here for the lower body will help but don't expect to get ur thighs skinny I've been working on myself since forever ran 16 miles everyday and they stayed big and toned now I just run a few miles and do workouts from here I got a thigh gap n shit its pretty cool I've actually lost a lot of weight its what u eat also u know

Running is the best to burn fat. Go running.. You will get what you need.

Hey do cardio.   However, you can't lose fat off a certain place on your body.   It just doesn't work like that unless you get liposuction.  You have to lose weight overall.  Try calorie counting and cardio.  Also circuit training worked really well for me.
