Hey so I love skimble but recently have been slacking on my workouts the past few months, like bad. BUT I just found out I'm going on spring break a month from now. It's February 5th, and I leave March 6th. I have currently 149 lbs, 5'9 and my problem areas are my arms, back and ESPECIALLY bad stomach fat and flob. My endurance has probably also gone to crap. What is going to be the best programs and or workouts for me to get to like 135 and toned as much as possible before my trip? Thanks for the help in advance, hopefully I can do it!

Just eat super clean this month while working out and you ll tone up in no time
