Anyone ever did an intermittent fast?

Don't actually fast, it's really bad for you. Not eating or eating in fits destroys your metabolism, and causes many other health problems, as well as not helping you be healthy. In order to be healthy, you have to have a good balance of diet and exercise; it's eating right, not eating less. If you have had problems with earing, such as anorexia, please see a doctor. Take care of yourself and have a nice day!

My coworker did. I told him not to.anyway he lost 12 lbs and then gained back 16. Unless your fasting for religion.  Don't fast. That's my opinion anyway.
