I know I have ab muscles. I can feel them but I just can't see them under all the "muscle protector" I have. And it's mainly lower abs. I have a pouch that I've had for as long as I can remember. HOW can I lose the pouch? I just want a flat tummy by May 5th!!!!!
Hiit or smit cardio 3 times a week and a clean diet. If you don't track calories or macronutrients then I suggest you start. For many people abs won't show until you are sub 10% body fat. You can try switching up your ab routine if all else fail. Like hitting your abs with weighted workouts such as cable crunches. Have any other questions, shoot me a message.
