Weight loss issues

So I am trying to lose weight but it just seems to keep on adding on. I drink about 60-80 ounces of water a day and I don't know it my body is retaining it. I'm about 25 lbs over weight

Have u tried reducing ur intake on calories? Watch what u eat

Be selective in what you eat and portion control. Salt is the biggest demon when it comes to water weight. Pretty much every drink is loaded with sodium. It has its benefits, although most people take in far too much.

I know how you feel.  Try doing more cardio than anything else for right now
