iv been working out for nearly 2 weeks at the gym , trying to tone up on the mummy tummy iv had for 5 years now and i dont see anything happening . i have dieted , detoxed and worked out but im still seeing nothing . heelp if anyone kniws how i can tone it up please and thank you :)

Don't be discouraged, I've been at it for 5 months and don't see much improvement. I've lost inches but my belly just stays, taunting me. I just keep on keeping on, it's better then starting over.

Haha don't worry after two weeks your not gonna see much. It usually takes me a month before my body kicks in and starts to really do something different.

Also, quick diets or detoxes are ok but real change comes from long term shifts.

Try myfitnesspal for food tracking. It really gives you a great idea of where your calories are coming from and how to maximize nutrition per calorie intake.
