I'm trying to really focus on workouts that'll target mainly weight lost than forming muscles. So would shaun T insanity workout be my best bet ??

Any high intensity calisthenics, and the right diet would help you.

Hey Arnisia, I've tried Insanity before and the name says it all. It's nothing but body weight exercises. High intensity and it keeps your heart rate up through the workout. Its really challenging but worth it. I recommend it.
