What is better for breakfast ?

I want to know what is better for breakfast be cause i Likeso much my toast with almond butter... But i think it is calorique** .. Are you some suggestion ? Thanks

I usually make eggs along with 2 peanut butter and bannana sandwiches fruit as well

Melon, blueberries.. Lay off the bread. I highly recommend zero calorie fruits and veggies. I lost 10 kg in one week just by doing that and I have a lot more energy now.

The cholesterol is in the egg yolk. 1 egg and 3 or 4 egg whites is perfectly fine & a protein packed start to the day

When the yolk is cooked it's oxidized cholesterol. Eat it soft boil, poached or sunny side up(don't burn or crisp the whites).

I have a rule of thumb. 30 g protein per meal. Doesn't matter dinner or bfast.

I always drink a glass of warm lemon water right after waking up in the morning. Lemon+water is not acidic so its safe for your stomach. And then I eat only fruits for breakfast. Any kind of fruits I like. Usually banana, apple, and dragon fruit.
