I need some guidance cuz i wanna get a flat belly and get my legs smaller and summer is coming =/
Start getting consistent with hitting some weights and doing hiit or smit cardio 2 -3 times a week. I have some pretty good hiit cardio workouts liked on my profile that u can do anytime. As for the legs I would say a better goal to have is building some nice looking legs that are toned/ defined rather than skinny. Don't be afraid to squat with weights. You will not get big, I promise.
