I usually do workouts in the early morning but I wonder if that time is good? Is different workouts have different time to do (morning, afternoon, etc.) ?
p/s: my main workouts are weigh loss ones.
Muscles don't know what time it is, and if they did they wouldn't care. Whenever you feel strongest. That's when you work out.
A positive effect of working out in the morning is that it gives you an energetic boost throughout the day - whereas an evening workout quickly relieves you from daytime stress. Totally depends on how you like it.
