Hi. I am interested in hearing people's experience and/or perception on fat loss. I avoid sugar, don't drink alcohol, and eat 5 meals a day, and I still can't lose body fat. I appreciate any comment/advice. Thanks.
Keep track of your nutrition/activity balance. If you want to lose, you need to burn more than you consume. And as long as you are continuously working on your strength, always challenging your muscles, it'll be fat you lose.
Healthy omega 3 fats from peanut butter nuts olive / coconut / fish oil and proper sleep among other things and yes drinks lots of water just not during meals.
