This is my first time trying this nf i hope it works for me nd i stick to it getting ready for the summer time!!!!cant wait to hit my goal. LETS DO THIS!!!!!#

Alex, February 16 was my first day and I'm only onto my 2nd lol. I plan to do it every day after work. There's actually a separate app that I use to balance my eating and calories,  it's called MyfitnessPal. It's also free. Woo !! Can't wait to reach my goal.
