I know u need to have more protein and less carbs , how much of these should i be consuming in a day ? :)

2 grams times your body weight for carbs. And 1 - 1.5 times your body weight for protein.
Myfitnesspal uses the latest medical guidelines approved by the NIH and cdc. They have charts that let you track your nutrition. Look around their app until you find the pie charts of carb, fat, protein, and the graphs that also show micronutrients like iron, sodium, potassium, etc.
Unless you're working toward something like bodybuilding or distance running, perhaps you should rely on their expertise at the beginning. Then you can modify your intake to suit a sport you choose.
