Use fitness blender, the have workout for everyone from kids to the older people and have great program for what you looking for...
you need to lose overall fat! you cant spot reduce! that meaning, that yes you can work those muscles (ex: crunches, sit ups...) but your ab muscles wont ever show if fat is covering them!
search on youtube for cardio workouts to really get the sweat going! or if you have a gym or go to one, running, spin bikes, and ellipticals are all good for sweating and getting your cardio in!
i also personally love cranking up my music and just dancing! thats so fun and such a great workout!
