Women can u plz help me I wanna lose some of my baby belly but not just lose I would rlly like to tone it into muscle does anyone have any ideas or programs on here that could help?? Thank u, if u can help me.

Crunches and other ab exercises will be helpful with tightening your abdomen and helping to shed the fat. I know you've probably heard this way too many times, but sticking to a healthy diet is a very important part of losing weight . You can't just work out and eat a bunch of unhealthy food and expect the workout to balance it out. You need lots of protein- meats are high in protein, unless you're a vegetarian, but even then, there's other alternatives, and get a healthy balance of all the food groups. Be consistent in your efforts when working...

After I had my son I did a lot of tae bo it really helped me.

Use fitness blender, the have workout for everyone from kids to the older people and have great program for what you looking for...

Skimble is perfact, n fitness blender is simply on YouTube and FREE all the way. I promise you these people know what they're doing n they don't bs

you need to lose overall fat! you cant spot reduce! that meaning, that yes you can work those muscles (ex: crunches, sit ups...) but your ab muscles wont ever show if fat is covering them!

search on youtube for cardio workouts to really get the sweat going! or if you have a gym or go to one, running, spin bikes, and ellipticals are all good for sweating and getting your cardio in!

i also personally love cranking up my music and just dancing! thats so fun and such a great workout!

Im not fat I actually weigh 80 pounds currently but because I had a daughter two years ago an didn't do anything about the weight then its hard for me to build it to muscle I eat healthy hardly eat any fast food at all. An I'm only 21

thats awesome that you have a healthy diet! this is great because as the saying goes, abs are made in the kitchen! but, even if you are not over weight you still need to incorporate cardio and ab aimed workouts! :-)

The "pouch" on the belly after having children is usually the excess skin from the pregnancy and not fat. This is why skinny women get baby bellies too.
