Honestly, I'm not positive what I'm asking.
How about this:
Name the best workouts to lose weight. Thanks.

Eating properly. For real. There is no way to lose weight from working out only. 80% diet, 20% working out. But as for workouts, mix cardio and weight training. Cardio will burn fat and weight training will build muscle which burns even more fat. For cardio you can do for example HIIT, high intensity interval training, since this is actually considered more effective than longer, low intensity cardio exercises.
