As a starter do lots of cardio and then focus on each body part.

The ones you think look fun. If you don't like doing it, you won't stick to it.

A better goal is fat loss. You want to lose weight by cutting fat from your body. Which is probably what you mean, but it is important so you actually know what you are targeting, it will help you. First and for most, you have to start taking responsibility for your calorie intake. I have an app called sparkpeople.  It helps me monitor calories and macronutrients.  A lot of other people prefer my fitness pal for counting calories you can use either or. Secondly start getting consistent working out at least 3 times a week. Here are some easy workouts to get you started. Crawl, Walk, Run HIIT Me With A Carbo Burn Tabata Time Centaur Legs
If you have any other questions about fitness or nutrition you can pm me.

Use DDPYOGA and/or P90X-3 for a healthy body you cannot go wrong with either of these programs. If you are stressed for time the original P90X probably won't suit you since they can average 1 to 1.5 hours. But with DDPYOGA and P90X 3 the workout sessions are 30 average so you can quickly get your workout done. I hope either of these programs works for you
