You can't spot reduce .. loose fat overall for a better looking midsection
Dont eat after 5 o clock
Also try not to drink much after that time
Stay away from sugar drinks.. Stick to water
Interval training.. (Google it) this will speed up your metabolism
Try to stay away from carbs after you have training.. Try getting them in before you train.
Meals - find what's right for you but keep them at small portions.
