Idk what really to do I'm really upset by how I look in the tummy region and want to do somthing about it . Do any of you have any advice or a way to get rid of belly fat !! Need help

You can lose overall body fat by changing your eating habits, stick to lean meats - turkey, chicken, vegetables - 50% raw 50% cooked, low glycemic fruits (low sugar content) complex carbs (slow digesting) - oats, brown rice, wholegrain or sprouted bread, sweet potatoes, beans etc... stay away from high sugar content, low fat, no fat or no sugar added as these will be replaced with other forms of sugar alternatives (aspartame, sucralose) consume at least 2L of water a day, so 8 cups per litre. You can't spot reduce .. loose fat overall for a better looking midsection

Focus on working out your abs! That should be your main focus. It will take time but the tummy fat with start to disappear

Quickest way..

Dont eat after 5 o clock
Also try not to drink much after that time
Stay away from sugar drinks.. Stick to water
Interval training.. (Google it) this will speed up your metabolism
Try to stay away from carbs after you have training.. Try getting them in before you train.
Meals - find what's right for you but keep them at small portions.
