Eat six small meals every 2-3 hours upon waking. 

Breakfast is essential as it is the fuel for your body while you fasted through the night and gives you the energy required throughout the day. 

Complex carbs - slow digesting such as oats, brown rice, whole wheat or sprouted bread (pitas, loafs of bread etc) sweet potatoes

Lean meats - chicken, turkey, lean cut meats 

Fruits - all excluding high glycemic content (sugar) 

Stay awake from soda, including diet or low calorie as they are replaced with aspartame, fructose corn syrup.  Fruit juices as the high sugar content and preservatives. Use condiments sparingly. 

Most importantly realize nutrition is the most important, it's 80% related to internal and external health and physical appearance. So if you don't eat properly, don't expect results.
