Just do some these exercises! Push yourself and you will see results! Also, I know it's hard but you need to eat healthier! It's 70 % Nutrition and 30% working out.. I'm trying to lose weight too but I always Eat Junk!!
Your worst enemies if you want to lose weight are carbs and sugar. Don't completely cut them out but cut down. Prime example, I used to drink 1.5l of coca cola a day. Once I quit that, I lost half a stone. Just goes to show how much of a difference it makes!
