I have an uneven stomach
My lower abs refuse to match my upper abs. My stomach 'pudge' contrasts so much with my upper stomach which is flatter and more tone. What can I do to solve this issue?
Sounds like there's some body fat left to be burnt. Usually (lower) belly is the most stubborn fat as not being as quickly available as on other body areas.
Try to include more cardio elements in your workout routine and work on your big muscle groups (legs, booty) to boost your metabolism - both actions will shred this belly fat eventually. Also do lower abs and love handles exercises to tone the area at the same time.
