The quicker u want it to the harder u have to work. It basically won't happen unless u focus on diet and exercise.
Basically eat less calories than u burn. Stop the junk food, remove simple carbs and opt for complex carbs. So instead of white sugar, white bread get whole meal bread and either stop the sugar or try the brown ones download and use myfitnesspal app to keep track of ur calories as well. More fruit and veggies as well.
For exercis u need to make it more intense. Look up HIIT training. U can also get a jump/skipping rope and that would really help or u can do sprints and run outside. Full body workouts will help burn more calories as well so do those. Things like burpees, squats, jumping life's, mountain climbers etc will be great. There is more to it to make it easier for u if u want?? And I hope this atleast helps
