Hey, I'm new to this and Im just wondering how can i lose weight correctly and efficiently at home?

Lowering your carb intake and making sure you eat clean with also alot of water a day :)

Quick is relative. Depending on how much you wanna lose it still may take some months!

If you want to lose weight correctly! You would have to work on cardio drink plenty of water and eat well.

Hey I recommend eating healthy and circuit workouts with exercises such as burpees, mountain climbers and squats to name a few.
