Why do we have to tire the body in order to lose weight or gain muscle i mean if the body knows that being active makes it develop muscle isnt there a way to trick it lol

Because humans never lived the way we do now depending on country 50 to a 100 years ago... so for 5 million years we worked like animals day in and out just to feed our famlies... we are built for that purpose...strore energy(fat) for when we have no food...women breast feeding need more weight to sustain child birth and rearing...poor women! Men store to hunt for days.. life on earth is billions of years old..by doing same thing on different scales to what humans do today.

Go with that to a bio lab an intresting idea lol but I guess that's what steroids kind of do plus you still have to work to get where you want to be at least in the today's world, anything is possible in the future

And the small tears in your muscles created by working out makes your body develop muscle

When we overwork the muscles they develop tiny tears and rebuild to a bigger stronger size. There is a way to develop strength without pain though like in yoga. That is by following the breath and working just under the pain threshold. But that is nerve strength.
