So I've been trying to tone up and work out but maintain my weight which was 132 around mid February. Now it's a month later and I keep gaining weight and I'm 140. I don't look bigger like I gained any weight just look the way I was hoping to, but how come I gained weight??

Muscle is denser than fat therefore it weighs more in the same volume. Also winter time can do it. Cold weather makes the body hold on to more fat to retain body heat.

Muscles are heavier than fat.
So you probably loose fat and gain muscle

It's muscle u'v gained and muscle weights more than fat :)
