Hey, I'm new to this app and I was wondering if there were any goof tips or pointers at all :)

When i started (and still now a lot of times) i found it easier to do short workouts, and just do more if i felt like it. Try
Don't be shy, jump right in & try lots of workouts. You can always just stop & do another if you don't like it, or take a rest while a part finishes, & try to do it more completely next time. There are thousands so you never have to get bored or feel like you have to stick with that one perfect workout.
