I'm trying to lose weight but still get the body I want. What should I eat and not eat? What are some good workouts as well?

I can recommend many workouts. Now its your will to finish them and accomplish your goal that will drive you there. I have a fitness group on FB join me.

i think there is no right or wrong answer to this question. it all depends on what part of your body you are trying to improve. people also have different thoughts on an assortment of "dos and don'ts" for food. but i prefer to gravitate towards organic products and sugars and stay away from foods with a double digit fat content when i am trying to lose weight fast. i hope this helped.

Eat more vegetables. Drink more water.

The general rule is to cut down on processed food and eat more whole food.

Processed food means anything that didn't come right from nature. If it comes in a box with an ingredient list, avoid it.

Whole food means stuff like fruits, vegetables, nuts, meats...
