Hey every body, I'm looking for some tips and or workouts on getting ready for the summer.

Mostly on getting cut and building up my arms , chest, back, & shoulders. I generally stick to bodyweight movements and I only have one adjustable dumbbell.

Please help! I wanna look good without a shirt! Thanks in advance :)
