Hey guys new to this anyone any advise on weightloss eg. Diets etc which is best really would like any advise at all only after a baby 4months ago thanks in advance.

Don't fad diet that's best. Make the decision to eat clean and work out. Get myfitnesspal or another food tracking app and log your food, every meal! Workout 4-6 days a week 45-60 min daily, a one hour workout is only 4% of your whole day. Incorporate baby, do squats holding him/her, Russian twists, and any others that might ask for a low weight, or no weight. It's a fun thing to do with littles. Thank u for ur reply , what kind of diet cud u give me an idea im really bad i hate diets lol who doesnt!! Lol i was thinkin about a diet whey meal replacement?? Xxx

I plan my evening meals for the week on Sunday. I usually eat oatmeal for breakfast everyday, and usually an omelet for lunch as I work out about 10am. Greek yogurt with fruit for a snack. Once a week I might replace a lunch with a shake loaded with fruit and veggies. I found out where my daily intake of cals should be to lose weight and try and keep my protein high. 
I hope that helps, lol, it took me longer to get my meals straight then it did to commit to working out everyday. And I'm still not at 100% on my diet after doing this for 7 months. 11lbs lost :)
