Hey!
I wanna know if clingfilm really does help you lose weight as I am trying to lose weight for the holidays? Anyone know?

You'll sweat and the only weight loss will be due to water loss. As soon as you drink a glass of water you'll replenish your water stores and again and with it the weight you 'appeared' to lose

It works great for keeping leftovers nice and fresh that's about the best long term use.
You don't have to pay people to dehydrate yourself.

It's just another way to temporarily lose some water weight, same as wearing sweat suits, sitting in a sauna, wearing a hoodie when doing cardio.

The most bizarre is people actually do these things to weigh a certain amount at a certain time, like "I need to weigh 65 kgs at my wedding". Oh, and what about how you look and feel?
