Hey guy I use to play football in high school I was in the best shape in my life I was 223 lbs but soon as I got to college I started gaining weight because I stopped playing sports so in the spring I weighed 261 but I decided to lose the weight but running in the park and doing ab workouts and drinking A lot of water also plus doing fat burning workouts from there on until now I now weigh 239 lbs but I still feel like I need help getting out of the 200s and having lean muscle instead of being a body builder

Try for less than 3000 Kcal a day big fella... Heap of cardio and light weights... Take up surfing or rock climbing... Most of them fellas are lean muscle as opposed to bulked up... Mate I know how ya feel I am pretty similar in my current situation... Good luck on ya journey brother

I am now 91.4 kg unsure on the pounds on this... Gosl is get down to 85 kg but build a heap more lean muscle
