Does anyone know how to lose the pouch on my stomach and tighten the lower abs?
Like I have repeatedly said: the workout
determines where you gain muscles and how many calories you burn and not were these calories are taken from. So to lose fat, no matter where, you have to diet and do cardio and to tighten/strengthen your abs do some ab workouts. But when you do ab workouts and you still have a pretty big fat layer over them, it will look like you are getting fatter.

Most of the advice has come from guys, who I'm certain know how to achieve results. I'm wondering if you have a diastasis recti, which is a tear in your the center of your abdominal muscles. Traditional ab exercises tend to make it worse. I'd advise googling the Tupler technique to help close the gap. There were some articles in FitPregnancy with exercises to help. Those articles were online, too.
