So im not sure if any of you have seen or heard of those smoothie packs you get at the grocery store but its a powder that you just pour in the blender after you put all of your ingredients in.. but i looked at what made it so good and found out it was pretty much all sugar! is there anything else i can put in my smoothies to make them taste the same and without all the sugar? and who has some good recipes??

Eating the stuff is so much healthier. Why do people think that squashing the the food and getting rid of the important components makes it healthier?

just because you blend it doesnt mean its not good for you! and because id honestly rather drink it

I just wanted to point out that it's healthier to eat the fruits, but I have to admit that they taste a lot better when you eat them.
