Keeping constant (help )
I keep stopping and starting through the months I e enjoy the exercise and want to lose weight but I lose interest or just get bored and forget plus my friends always try to give me food I d not want to eat but end up being made and I'm really trying but always fail and have d no effort left after my day at school and work ! Any help ???
Hey girl I know where u r bcuz I myself have struggled with the same issues. I lost 60lbs from age 15-16 and iv been thru it all!! I'm currently taking a personal trainers course right now so I can become certified when I turn 18 soon:) So My advice to you is start slow, u don't have to workout everyday. Maybe 20-30mins of cardio 2-3 times a week and work your way up and always ALWAYS make your workouts more intense to progress. Also don't ruin your workouts like I sometimes do with eating bad foods...nobody is making u eat anything u have to make a decision to not let your friends influence you! Eat salads and drink smoothies! Also make sure u get a little protein each meal for balance in your diet!:) good luck I know u can do this and remember if it doesn't challenge you it doesn't change you!
